“ CM Smokehouse was located at Bouldin Acres providing a food option for those hangin out in the sports bar or outside. It was my first time here to experience both places at once, but right now talk about CM Smokehouse. It was little warm outside so decided to sit in the bar. To order anything like food and drinks you need to scan a code on the table to open the Union website or app if installed. It’s a cashless environment here, so all your items are placed in a cloud tab and use a credit card or Apple Pay for holding. Once you are ready to leave Bouldin Acres you close the tab, select tip, and then submit payment. I ordered the Smoked Chicken Wings (naked- no sauce) and side of ranch dressing. The bartenders were cool and made us feel very welcomed. The place had some fun activities to enjoy and lots of TVs showing sports channels. I noticed a few order directly from the bartender so that option still open. 6 wings were placed in front of me where they looked and smelled really good. They were cooked over firewood and could tell. The seasonings was killer including the last of the chicken. I place these wings in the upper echelon along two others in Austin who also has the same tremendous bbq flavor. There were many other items on their menu and have to give them a try knowing how the wings were. ”

“ I came here to satisfy my crunchwrap craving and BOY did it satisfy! Absolutely delicious crunchwrap! A little pricey I will say but if you are looking for a perfect crunchwrap look no farther. Hats off! ”

“ Let me put y’all on real quick—CM Smokehouse is that spot! I’d been eyeing this place forever, and babyyy, the burnt ends and tacos did not disappoint. Straight up out of this world! The flavors were bold, the portions generous, and the hospitality from the staff was the cherry on top. You can tell they care about the food and the experience. Honestly, we might start showing up at Bouldin Acres on the regular just for another hit of CM Smokehouse. It’s that serious. ”

“ Are you kidding? What a hidden gem. We had the amazing Sweet chilli ribs and the brisket crunch wrap. And it made it to the table so quick, ordering was so swift and easy as well. We also had amazing mules at the bar next to the truck. 10/10 experience you won’t regret stopping by. ”

“ I like the atmosphere and verity of food options. The service is usually good. The only thing im disappointed in today I came by finally but they were out of what I wanted. I'm not sure if they no longer carry the smokehouse burger I asked for. The bartender ordered a classic burger which was good but rather expensive. I wouldn't have ordered one knowing ahead that it was 20. If I come again I'll probably order online. I live rather far so unable to come that much but I love the atmosphere and outdoor seating! ”

“ CM Smokehouse was great! The atmosphere was fun, the service was very fast, and the food was amazing. We ordered food, I got an elk burger and fries which was amazing, and it came out within 10 minutes AND it was super busy. Along with that, the food was so good and priced reasonably for what it was. There was a pickle ball court and a bar if you wanted to have some fun with some friends. Great spot and would high recommend to locals or people visiting! ”

“ Excellent food and dessert. The ramen is a Wednesday special and definitely worth getting. I've tried a lot of the menu items over several visit and am never disappointed. Wish I lived more south so I can come more often. ”
